New Policy on Dignity and Mutual Respect
The University has developed a new policy and procedures on Dignity and Mutual Respect which sets out how all University members are expected to conduct themselves, and provides clear procedures and actions should behaviour fall short of this.
This policy and set of procedures was developed jointly by the University and the three campus trade unions – UCU, UNISON and UNITE. It was produced in response to requests from staff asking for greater clarity on acceptable behaviour and how to respond to bullying, harassment or victimisation.
