Killer whale mother and calfPictures of anything from algae to orca are available free of charge with rights cleared for educational use from the newly launched learning & teaching support network bioscience ImageBank. The collection has been developed through contributions from academics and industry, and more images are sought. Anyone submitting a picture before December 1 will be entered in a prize draw for a NIKON digital camera. The collection can be searched online at where images and captions can be downloaded. Copyright remains with the contributor, but images can be used for learning and teaching purposes for non-profit purposes only. The LTSN bioscience is based at the University.
