The University of Leeds is the Institute for Learning and Teaching in Higher Educationís (ILT) top recruiter in the UK.
Pro-Vice-Chancellor John Macklin is ILTís 140th member at Leeds and now a target of 400 members within 18 months has been set.
Staff development officer Chris Butcher said: "ILT membership means that students and colleagues alike recognise the quality of the individuals teaching and their support for student learning."
- The ILT is offering another 20 fellowships each worth £50,000 for learning and teaching projects.
