Three clergywomen have been appointed to the Leeds universitiesí ecumenical chaplaincy team.
United Reformed Church minister, Rev Gwen Collins, comes to Leeds from Bournemouth, having previously served in Papua New Guinea. Seija Frears, a deaconess in the Finnish Lutheran Church, formerly ministered in Bangkok and Marseilles. Gwen and Seija will work in both of the cityís universities. The third new chaplain, Rev Daphne Green, Anglican curate at St Michaelís in Headingley, will be mainly dedicated to the Metropolitan University.
