More than 40 researchers from the universities of Leeds, York and Sheffield were invited to a half-day seminar at the University to discuss the role of the Yorkshire and Humberside Metropolitan Area Network in promoting collaborative work between the three institutions under the White Rose initiative. The event was opened by Professor Chris Taylor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for research, who was joined by his opposite numbers from York and Sheffield.
