The works of medieval English scholar Robert Grosseteste have been immortalised on the Internet - 800 years after their creation. The website offers free access to Grosseteste’s philosophical, scientific and theological writings, together with a collection of his letters. By 2001 it will also contain an electronic catalogue of his writings.
Grosseteste was one of the leading thinkers of his day and is reputed to have been the first chancellor of Oxford University.
