UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS COMPLEX SYSTEMS GROUP

EXPLORATORY ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR

A interdisciplinary group of people interested in the theory and applications of complex systems theory has recently formed in the University. Members come from a range of subjects: Computer Studies, Geography, Maths, Education, Psychology, Biology. As part of the group’s development, we are holding an open seminar on Friday 14 May, 9.30 am - 5.15 pm in University House, with Keynote speaker, Professor Brian Goodwin. The initial programme is set out below.

If you have applied complexity theory to your area of interest, see possibilities in doing so, or just want to find out more, you are welcome to join us. Please pass this message on to postgraduate students who may find it of interest.
