Medical students honoured

Two Medical School undergraduates are joint winners of this year’s award commemorating a popular Bradford anaesthetist. Katharine Low and Matthew Toy were awarded the Chris Church Anaesthetic Prize, to be shared with German student Hartwig Spors.

Helping in the presentation was Dr Church’s son, Peter. Pictured from left are Bradford consultant anaaesthetist Dr Brian Gallagher, Matthew Toy, Katharine Low, Bradford Royal Infirmary Professor Richard Ellis and Peter Church.
