Canadian connection

A delegation has visited the Liddle Collection to learn how to best preserve first-hand accounts of Canadians’ experiences during the Second World War and the Korean War. The Director-General of the new Commemoration Department of the Canadian government, Al Puxley, and members of his staff, discussed ideas for recording and storing interviews. Dr Peter Liddle visited the Commemoration Department on Prince Edward Island earlier this year during a lecture tour of Canada.
