Despite being bombarded with the perils of bacteria and cockroaches in the kitchen, members of the local community and University staff and students survived a food hygiene course held at Clarence Dock . The Royal Society of Healths essential food hygiene course was organised by a partnership of the City and Regional Office, Park Lane College and Guidance Access Point.
The course was part of the Single Regeneration Budget programme where Park Lane College are funded to provide courses to suit the needs of local residents. A first aid course is currently being held at Clarence Dock.
