Pupils from Thornhill Lees School in Dewsbury have worked with children across Europe to produce an Internet story as part of a project co-ordinated by education specialists at Bretton Hall. The children worked with schools in Greece and Italy to agree a story, take photographs, draw pictures and add words and sounds in their own languages. The European Lingua Salve Project, funded by the European Union, aims to use the latest technology to promote partnerships between European primary schools to work on multilingual initiatives.
